TRAINING Following assessment of the skills gained in the military, a plan will be put in place on Transferal of Skills, and the additional training required to carry out the jobs in Civvy Street. We will also offer in-house training on a number of subjects, and working with Partner Organisations offer a large range of Training Courses. Most of the training courses will be able to be accessed through the Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme provided to former members of HM Armed Forces, and a large number of courses through our own Training Centre based at our Veterans Drop In Centre in County Durham
